We-designWho are we?
How do our individual identities create lenses through which we view ourselves as teachers? Our scholars embody determination, drive and passion. They are preserving these traits while developing the skills and strategies to become teacher leaders. The STL Continuum gives them the opportunity to see themselves as leaders and explicitlly teaches them to be active change agents in the communities they serve.

Starting in 2019, scholars will be able to use design thinking to create a personal project tied to their identities as teachers entering the field. The Scholar. Teacher. Leader. Continuum is a practical application intended to build scholars as teacher leaders. The long-term effects are increased teacher efficacy and retention*.
